We provide a full 2-Year Warranty for both business and private customers. Since our service center is located directly in Riga, we can offer fast support and replacements without the need for shipping items abroad.

Will the black finish of the Dahua PFA130-E-BLACK fade or chip over time?

What is the maximum weight a PFA130-E-BLACK can safely support?

This junction box is engineered to support a maximum load of up to 3.0 kg. This capacity is sufficient for almost all professional bullet and dome cameras, ensuring a stable and secure mounting platform even in windy conditions.

Is the PFA130-E-BLACK an official EU version or a grey-market import?

This is the Official EU version. Apsardze24.lv is an Authorized Partner, ensuring that the build quality, dimensions, and threading perfectly match standard Dahua camera models sold within the European region.

Does the PFA130-E-BLACK junction box require a specific app to function with my camera?

The PFA130-E-BLACK is a passive hardware component and does not use an app itself. However, the Dahua cameras you mount onto it typically use the DMSS app (available for iOS and Android) for remote viewing. This junction box simply provides a secure, weatherproof space for your cable connections.
