How quickly can I expect delivery if I order this power supply today?

We maintain stock in our local warehouse in Riga to ensure rapid fulfillment. Unlike orders shipped from foreign warehouses that can take weeks, we typically deliver via Omniva, DPD, or Venipak within 1-2 working days across the Baltic States. This allows you to get your security system up and running without unnecessary delays.

Does the S024-1A120200HE adapter offer protection against power surges?

Yes, this model is specifically engineered for security environments where stability is critical. It features professional-grade surge protection (IEC61000-4-5 standards) capable of handling up to ±4kV (line to earth) and ±2kV (power line). This significantly reduces the risk of damage to your connected equipment caused by lightning strikes or electrical grid fluctuations.

What devices are compatible with the Dahua S024-1A120200HE Power Adapter?

This adapter is designed to power Dahua security cameras and recorders, but it is a universal power supply. It works with any electronic device that requires 12V DC input, draws 2A (Amperes) or less, and utilizes a standard 5.5mm x 2.1mm DC barrel jack. We recommend checking your device's label; if it matches these specifications, this adapter is a safe and high-quality choice.

What is the warranty procedure if the adapter stops working?

We provide a comprehensive 2-year warranty for both individuals and legal entities. Since we are based locally, you do not need to ship the device overseas for service. If you encounter any issues, our local support team in Riga will inspect the unit and provide a quick replacement or repair to minimize downtime for your security system.

Why is it important to purchase the S024-1A120200HE from an official distributor?

Buying from an official source ensures you receive a genuine unit with verified safety components. Grey market or counterfeit adapters often skip essential surge protection circuits to cut costs, putting your expensive cameras at risk during storms. As an Official Platinum Partner, Apsardze24.lv guarantees that this equipment meets all CE certifications and includes the specified 4kV surge protection.

Can I use the S024-1A120200HE for non-Dahua devices like LED strips or routers?

Yes, provided your device requires 12V and does not exceed the 2A current limit. The connector is a standard 5.5mm x 2.1mm size found on many electronics. However, polarity and connector size must match exactly. If you are unsure about your specific device's compatibility, please contact our technical support at [email protected] for verification.
