Is an SD card included for visitor video messages?

No, a memory card is not included. You will need to purchase and install an SD card separately if you want to enable the feature that allows visitors to leave audio and video messages when calls are unanswered.

What kind of warranty and support do I get with this product?

When you purchase from Apsardze24.lv, you receive a full 2-Year Warranty valid for both business and private clients. All warranty services and repairs are handled locally at our service center in Riga.

Is this outdoor station suitable for large office buildings with high traffic?

Yes, it is designed for high-capacity usage, supporting up to 100,000 users and 50,000 face records. It recognizes faces from 0.3m to 1.5m away with a speed of just 0.2 seconds per person.

Can I use the QR code unlock feature with just the mobile app?

No, the QR code access functionality specifically requires the Dahua DSS (Digital Surveillance System) management platform to generate and manage the codes. It does not work as a standalone feature via the basic mobile app.

Do I need to apply sealant when installing the VTO7541G-S3 outdoors?

Yes, although the unit is IP65 rated, the Quick Start Guide explicitly states that silicone sealant is required for the shell during installation. Failing to properly seal the gap between the device and the wall may compromise water resistance.

Does the package include a power supply or PoE injector?

No, the power supply is not included in the box. You must power the unit using a 12V DC 3A adapter or a Standard PoE switch (IEEE 802.3at is recommended if powering external modules).
