Does this model support Wi-Fi or Power over Ethernet (PoE)?

The specifications for the ASI3203E indicate a TCP/IP wired connection and a 12V DC power requirement. It does not feature built-in Wi-Fi or PoE.

Can the Dahua ASI3203E be installed outdoors?
