  1. Markus Berg –

Ordered this pendant kit from apsardze24.lv for our office cameras and I am thoroughly impressed. It feels very solid, outdoor-ready, and fits our Axis dome camera perfectly. Shipping was surprisingly fast too. Highly recommend if you need a reliable ceiling mount!

    Markus Berg –

Is the TP3103-E (02548-001) suitable for outdoor installations exposed to rain?

Yes, the 'E' in the model name indicates it is outdoor-ready. When installed correctly with compatible outdoor cameras, it maintains the weather-resistant seal and IP rating of the camera unit.

Does installing this pendant kit affect the vandal resistance of my P32 camera?

No, the kit is designed to maintain the IK10 vandal-resistant rating of compatible AXIS P32 and M32 dome cameras when properly secured.

Does the AXIS TP3103-E package include a wall mount or ceiling pipe?

No, this product is solely the pendant kit adapter that attaches to the camera. You must purchase the mounting pipe, wall bracket, or parapet mount (such as AXIS T91 series mounts) separately.

How do I manage the network cables with the AXIS TP3103-E?

The adapter allows network cables to run internally through the connecting pipe or mount directly into the camera back. This provides a clean installation with no exposed wiring.

Which specific camera models are compatible with the AXIS TP3103-E Pendant Kit?

This kit (02548-001) is specifically designed for selected AXIS M32 and AXIS P32 series dome cameras. It is not universal; please verify your specific camera model number against the Axis datasheet before purchasing.

What type of mounting interface does this pendant kit provide?

The kit enables the camera to be connected to standard 1.5" NPS thread mounting accessories. This allows compatibility with a wide range of AXIS T91 mounting products.

What warranty does Apsardze24.lv provide for this Axis accessory?

We provide a 2-Year Warranty on this product for both business and private clients. Service and support are handled locally through our center in Riga.

I have a discontinued AXIS camera; will the 02548-001 kit fit it?

Fitment for discontinued models is not guaranteed. Please send your specific camera model number to [email protected] so our technical team can verify compatibility for you.

What is the net weight of the TP3103-E unit?

The product has a net weight of approximately 0.6 kg. Ensure your mounting surface and pipe can support the combined weight of this adapter and the camera.

Is it possible to repaint the AXIS TP3103-E if I need it to match a black ceiling?

Yes, the plastic housing can be repainted. However, you must ensure you do not paint over any gaskets or screw threads that ensure the weather seal.
