Can the built-in AI distinguish between people and other movements?

The integrated AI processor accurately detects and classifies people, pets, and vehicles in real-time. This significantly reduces false alarms caused by wind, moving trees, or other non-relevant motion triggers.

Is this the official EU version compatible with the standard Ajax app?

Yes, this is the official EU market version that integrates fully with the Ajax Security System app. It receives regular firmware updates and utilizes the JetSparrow protocol for fast video streaming.

What warranty and support do I get when buying from Apsardze24.lv?

Unlike many marketplaces, Apsardze24.lv provides a valid **2-Year Warranty** on this product. Our service center is located in **Riga**, ensuring that any technical issues or warranty claims are resolved quickly for our local clients.

How do I power the Ajax DoorBell 66392, and does it require batteries?

This model is a wired video intercom requiring an 8-24 V AC or 12-29 V DC power supply for operation. It does not run on batteries alone, which ensures uninterrupted 4MP HDR recording and instant AI processing without power saving delays.

Is the intercom suitable for outdoor installation in Baltic winter conditions?

Absolutely, the device has an IP54 protection rating and an operating temperature range of -25°C to +60°C. It also features IR illumination up to 6m, ensuring clear visibility during long winter nights.

How many days of video history can I store on a 128GB microSD card?

Using the efficient H.265 codec, a 128GB card typically stores approximately 3 to 5 days of continuous 4MP footage. If you configure the device to record only when motion is detected, this capacity can extend to several weeks.

Does the camera's viewing angle allow me to see packages left on the ground?

Yes, the camera features a wide diagonal field of view (approx 141°) specifically designed for door monitoring. This allows you to see visitors clearly from head to toe as well as parcels placed directly in front of the door.
