Does the LM24-H200 monitor have built-in audio or do I need external speakers?

Is the response time on the LM24-H200 fast enough for gaming?

This monitor has an 8ms response time and a 60Hz refresh rate. While excellent for office work, surveillance monitoring, and casual media consumption, competitive gamers might prefer a monitor with a lower response time (1ms).

Which cables are included in the box with the Dahua LM24-H200?

Does this monitor record video footage from my security cameras?

No, the LM24-H200 is a display device only. It does not have internal storage or recording software. To record footage, you must connect it to a DVR, NVR, or a computer hard drive.

What happens if the screen stops working after a year?

We provide a comprehensive **2-Year Warranty** for both private and business customers. Our service center is located locally in **Riga**, ensuring fast repairs or replacements without the need to ship the unit abroad.

Is this the official EU version or a grey market import?

This is the **Official EU version** of the product, fully compliant with European electrical and safety standards. As an Authorized Partner, Apsardze24.lv ensures you receive a genuine unit with no region locks.

How do I mount this screen to a wall or a multi-monitor arm?

The monitor features a standard VESA mounting interface of 100 x 100 mm on the back panel. You will need to remove the included desk stand first, then attach it to any compatible VESA 100x100 wall mount or desk arm.

Is the Dahua LM24-H200 suitable for continuous 24/7 security monitoring?

Yes, this model is specifically engineered for 24/7 operation. Unlike standard consumer monitors, it uses industrial-grade components designed to withstand continuous usage without overheating or image burn-in, making it ideal for CCTV surveillance systems.
