What range of pole diameters does the Axis 01470-001 support?

This mount is explicitly designed for poles with a diameter between 100 mm and 410 mm (4 to 16 inches). It includes adjustable stainless steel straps to fit this range.

Can I mount a camera directly to the T91B57, or are other parts needed?

This unit acts as a pole adapter. You generally attach an AXIS T91 wall mount (e.g., T91G61, T91H61) or a T98A cabinet to this mount, rather than attaching a camera directly to it.

Is this an original Axis product suitable for EU installations?

Yes, this is a genuine Axis accessory compliant with EU standards. It is designed to ensure a secure mechanical fit for the T91G61/T91H61 mounts and T98A-VE cabinets.

What should I do if I need to mount this on a non-standard pole size?

Standard straps fit up to 410mm. For specific advice on larger poles or non-standard mounting scenarios, please contact our technical support at [email protected].

Does the package include the straps required for installation?

Yes, the box contains the T91B57 pole mount, the insect-proof cable gasket, and the necessary stainless steel straps for securing the unit to the pole.

Is the T91B57 suitable for outdoor areas prone to insects or vandalism?

Yes. It features an IK10 impact-resistance rating to protect against vandalism and includes a closed back with a specialized cable gasket to prevent insect infestation.

What warranty coverage is provided for this Axis mount?
