  1. Richard Foster –

Ordered these white casings for our office M30 setup. They fit perfectly and really help the cameras blend into the ceiling. The 4-pack is convenient, and everything arrived quickly and well-packaged. Very happy with the service and product quality.

What is the exact color code of the TM3818 casing?

The casing is finished in White with the color code NCS S 1002-B. This standard shade is designed to blend discreetly with most commercial ceiling and wall surfaces.

What kind of warranty is offered on this Axis accessory pack?

Unlike many marketplaces, Apsardze24.lv provides a full **2-Year Warranty** on this accessory kit. Our service center is based in **Riga**, ensuring quick support for clients in Latvia, Estonia, and Lithuania.

Does replacing the front cover affect the camera's vandal resistance?

No, provided the TM3818 casing is installed correctly and tightened to the manufacturer's specifications, the camera retains its original IK08 or IK10 vandal-resistance rating.

Which specific camera models are compatible with the Axis TM3818 Casing?

This casing kit is engineered exclusively for the Axis M3085-V, M3086-V, and M3088-V dome cameras. It is not compatible with older M30 series generations due to differences in form factor.

Can the TM3818 casing be used for outdoor camera installations?

No, this casing is designed for the M30 V-series cameras, which are rated for indoor use only. Using this product outdoors may compromise the camera's protection against weather.

I am unsure if this part fits my specific Axis camera model, who can help?

Due to the precise fit of Axis components, cross-compatibility is rare. Please check your camera's label or send a photo of it to our technical team at [email protected] for verification.

How many replacement casings are included in the package?

The product is sold as a 4-pack, containing four complete white casings. This bulk configuration is designed for installers or sites requiring multiple spare parts.

Does the Axis 02578-001 kit include the transparent dome bubble?

Yes, each unit in this kit is a complete front replacement, consisting of the white vandal-resistant trim ring and the integrated clear dome bubble.
