  1. Elena Rodriguez –

I bought this black panic button for my elderly mother. It’s super compact and the accidental click protection gives me peace of mind—no more false alarms! It worked straight out of the box, just as described. apsardze24.lv shipped it quickly, too. Highly recommended for simple home security.

Does this smart button keep a history of every time it was pressed?

While the device itself does not store data, every activation is logged in the cloud via your Ajax Hub. You can view a detailed event history in your mobile app, showing exactly when the button was pressed and which user it is assigned to.

What kind of local support and warranty is offered for this product?

We provide a comprehensive 2-year warranty for both individual and business clients. Since our primary service center is located in Riga, Apsardze24.lv can offer rapid technical support and fast local repairs without the need to ship items back to a manufacturer abroad.

How far away from the central hub can I carry the 38094 wireless button?

The 38094 model uses Jeweller radio technology, providing a communication range of up to 1300 meters in an open area. In a standard home or office environment, it easily maintains a stable connection through multiple walls and floors.

Is the 38094 panic button the official EU version or a restricted global model?

This is the official EU version, ensuring it is fully compatible with all European Ajax Hubs and receives all regional software updates. Apsardze24.lv is an authorized partner, so you can be certain the device is genuine and not region-locked.

Is the casing durable enough to be installed in a damp environment like a shower?

The button features an IP54 rating, meaning it is protected against dust and water splashes from any direction. While it should not be fully submerged in water, it is perfectly suitable for bathrooms, kitchens, or other areas where it might be exposed to humidity or light splashes.

Which mobile app do I need to set up the 38094 Ajax Panic Button?

You need to download the 'Ajax Security System' app, which is available for both iOS and Android. The app allows you to pair the device in seconds by scanning the QR code and lets you choose between panic mode or smart home control scenarios.

Can I use the 38094 button to control my smart home devices instead of an alarm?

Yes, it is a multi-purpose device. In the settings, you can switch from 'Panic' to 'Control' mode, allowing you to use the button to turn off lights, open electronic gates, or activate smart appliances through Ajax relays and sockets.

How does the accidental click protection work on the 38094 model?

To prevent false alarms, you can configure the button in the app to respond only to a 'double-click' or a 'long press' (holding for 1.5 seconds). This is ideal if you plan to carry the button in a pocket or on a keychain.

How do I know when the battery is low or if it needs professional replacement?

The pre-installed battery is designed to last up to 5 years under normal use. For detailed instructions on how to monitor battery levels or for assistance with technical maintenance, please reach out to our team at [email protected].
