  1. Jessica Miller –

Just snagged the Dahua 240Hz gaming monitor from tst.apsardze24.lv, and I’m blown away by the butter-smooth refresh rate! No ghosting at all during fast-paced matches, and the IPS colors pop nicely. Super happy with both the lightning-fast delivery and the display itself. Total game changer for my setup!

What is the actual response time of the DHI-LM25-E241B regarding input lag?

The monitor boasts a fast response time of 0.5ms (with Overdrive) and 1ms (MPRT). This eliminates ghosting and blurring, making it ideal for fast-paced competitive shooters and racing games.

Where can I find the specific ICC color profiles or advanced OSD menu drivers?

The monitor is Plug-and-Play standard. However, for specific technical inquiries regarding advanced color calibration or driver files not listed in the manual, please contact our technical support team at [email protected].

Does this gaming monitor have built-in speakers for audio?

No, this model does not have built-in speakers. However, it features a 3.5mm Audio Out port, allowing you to connect headphones or external speakers directly to the screen.

Will this monitor work with my PS5 or Xbox Series X?

Yes, it works excellently with next-gen consoles via HDMI. Since the console output is capped, the monitor will display 1080p resolution at up to 120Hz, providing a very smooth experience for console gaming.

Is the DHI-LM25-E241B compatible with NVIDIA G-Sync or AMD FreeSync?

This monitor utilizes VESA Adaptive Sync technology. While it does not carry the official G-Sync or FreeSync branding, Adaptive Sync effectively performs the same function by synchronizing the refresh rate with your GPU to eliminate screen tearing and stuttering during gameplay.

Is this the official European version of the monitor?

Yes, this is the official EU version with full CE certification and English menus. As an authorized partner, Apsardze24.lv ensures you receive a product designed for the local market, not a grey import.

How does the warranty work if I encounter dead pixels or technical faults?

We provide a comprehensive 2-Year Warranty for both private and business clients. Our authorized service center is located in Riga, ensuring fast local support from Apsardze24.lv without the need to ship the unit abroad.

To get the full 240Hz refresh rate on the DHI-LM25-E241B, which cable should I use?

To achieve the maximum 240Hz refresh rate, you must use the DisplayPort 1.4 cable that is included in the box. While HDMI 2.0 supports high refresh rates, DisplayPort is the industry standard for ensuring stable 240Hz performance on PC.

Does the DHI-LM25-E241B come with a DisplayPort cable included?

Yes, the package includes the monitor, the stand, a power adapter, and a high-quality DisplayPort cable so you can set up 240Hz gaming right out of the box.

Can I mount the DHI-LM25-E241B on a flexible monitor arm or wall mount?
